Details for Payroll Processing Specialist position: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire $18/hr - $22/hr Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service Fast Start Date Weekly Pay Job Duties for Payroll Processing Specialist: Calculates gross pay on salary or hourly basis, overtime, deductions, and net pay for various small to medium sized business clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis Prepare, file, and submit federal, state and local tax returns and payments Assist clients in recording payroll related journal entries and reconciling accounts within client accounting systems Process and distribute annual client documentation such as Forms W-2 and 1099 Complete any other related tasks as needed Qualifications for Payroll Processing Specialist: High school diploma or equivalent Accounting experience in payroll and/or bookkeeping Attention to detail Strict client confidentiality Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 30 lbs If you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
