Summary

We are seeking a skilled Utility Operator to join our team at Felker Bros. Corp. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This role is essential to our mission of delivering high-quality stainless-steel products.

This is a second shift, or third shift position hours are 2:45 pm to 10:45 pm or 10:45 pm to 6:45 am.

Responsibilities

• Immersion pickling of product to ensure passivation and rinsing product to prevent contamination
• Program printer with specified nomenclature to assure correct product identification
• Operate Hydro-Test equipment to ASTM specifications
• Operate Eddy Current test equipment to Eddy Current Level I certification
• Inspection of product to known quality standards
• Manually or by powered material handling equipment, move materials, supplies or product to designated areas in the facility, yard or trucks
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a material handler or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
