Position Overview
Hedy Brands is looking for a Social Media Specialist to help lead our digital presence and
bring our brands to life online.
This role is all about connecting with customers through content, turning marketing ideas
into engaging visuals, and helping more people discover the Hedy Brands portfolio across
platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to develop content that
drives awareness, strengthens brand identity, and keeps our audience engaged.

What You'll Be Doing
Social Media Management
● Manage daily social media activity including content creation, scheduling, posting,
and engagement for multiple brands
● Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to maintain active engagement with our
audience
● Provide responsive and helpful customer support through social channels
Content Creation
● Create engaging, on-brand content across multiple platforms including:
○ Instagram
○ TikTok
○ YouTube
○ LinkedIn
● Develop visuals, short-form video, and promotional content that aligns with our
marketing initiatives
● Assist with content production during product launches, promotions, and events
● Adhere to brand guides to create appropriately styled content for multiple brands and
platforms in tandem.
Campaign & Content Strategy
● Plan and execute a consistent social media content calendar
● Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop visual strategies and creative
campaigns
● Support marketing pushes tied to promotions, events, and brand partnerships
Sales & Brand Support
● Work with the Sales team to highlight retail partnerships, store visits, and localized
promotions
● Support marketing initiatives that drive awareness and interest in the Hedy Brands
catalog
Analytics & Performance
● Track engagement, performance metrics, and audience insights across our social
channels
● Use data and analytics to refine strategies and improve campaign performance
Trend Monitoring & Community Engagement
● Monitor trends, conversations, and customer sentiment across social platforms
● Identify opportunities for content that keeps our brands relevant and engaging
Qualifications
● Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
● Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current trends
● Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and improve campaigns
● Experience creating engaging content including images, videos, and promotional
materials
● Comfortable appearing on camera or engaging with customers during events
● Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and platforms
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills
● Highly organized and detail-oriented
● Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Bonus Skills
Not required, but helpful:
● Product photography experience
● Basic photo or video editing skills
● Experience with live selling or influencer-style marketing
● Background in B2B and B2C online retail environments
