Position Overview
Hedy Brands is looking for a B2B Marketing Associate who wants to help take our brands to
the next level.
This role sits at the intersection of **marketing, sales, and brand strategy**. You’ll help develop
campaigns, support trade shows and promotional events, build marketing assets, and help drive
awareness across our nationwide retail network.
You’ll work closely with sales leadership, product teams, and our creative department to
help ensure our brands stand out in a competitive marketplace.
This is a great role for someone who wants to build real marketing experience in a
fast-moving industry where ideas turn into action quickly.

What You'll Be Doing
Drive Brand Growth
* Support marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and B2B
demand
* Assist in executing go-to-market campaigns across the Hedy Brands portfolio
* Help refine brand messaging, positioning, and value propositions to stand out in a competitive
market
Support Sales & Commercial Strategy
* Work alongside the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
* Assist with marketing support for B2B sales channels and retail partners
* Help develop and maintain sales enablement materials including:
* pitch decks
* brochures
* case studies
* product guides
Marketing Campaign Execution
Collaborate with our Creative team to execute campaigns across:
* email marketing
* paid media
* events and promotions
* digital content
* sales outreach initiatives
Trade Shows & Events
* Help support trade shows, sponsorships, and community events
* Assist in coordinating marketing materials and campaigns tied to major industry events
* Support brand visibility efforts that help drive new customer engagement
Market Intelligence
* Assist with tracking customer insights and competitor activity
* Help identify opportunities to improve marketing strategies and reach new markets

Preferred Education & Experience *(Not Required)*
We believe great marketers come from a lot of different backgrounds. The following experience
is preferred but not required:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
* Experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing
* Exposure to sales-driven marketing environments or commercial marketing teams
* Experience supporting go-to-market campaigns or marketing strategy
