The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of retail and wholesale accounts
while working closely with our Sales, Client Services, and Operations teams. This role is ideal
for someone who enjoys consultative selling, long-term relationship building, and hitting
measurable revenue goals.
You’ll be responsible for nurturing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and
ensuring a smooth experience from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
● Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
● Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
● Manage order flow, follow-ups, and ongoing account needs
● Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
● Track activity, revenue, and account health using CRM tools
● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
● Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For
● 1–3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success
(Preferred but not required)
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills
● Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities at once
● Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
● Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
● Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, but not required)
● Background in CPG, wholesale, or regulated industries is a plus
