Business Development Representative (BDR)
Sales & Client Services Department | Entry-Level | Full-Time
About Us
If you like momentum, competition, travel, and being part of a team that actually enjoys working
together, you’ll fit right in. We’re not a clock-watching, sit-still kind of company.
At Hedy Brands, we move fast, set big goals, and expect effort — but we also make sure the
ride is fun. One week you might be prepping for a major industry tradeshow, the next you’re
connecting with customers in the field, and then you’re celebrating wins with your team at an
event that feels more like a hang than “work.”
This Business Development Representative (BDR) role is designed as an entry point into
our Sales & Client Services organization, giving you hands-on exposure to both new
customer acquisition and account support so we can identify where your strengths shine.
The Role
As a BDR, you’ll support the sales process from the ground up — prospecting, outreach,
qualification, and early-stage relationship building. You’ll work closely with Account Managers
and Customer Acquisition Specialists to learn both sides of the sales engine.
Over time, your performance, preferences, and natural skill set will help determine your
long-term path within the organization — whether that’s Account Management or New
Customer Acquisition.
