POSITION: Partnership Director
REPORTS TO: Executive Director POSITION SUMMARY
Christian Family Radio (CFR), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian ministry, is seeking a Partnership Director to lead its donor development and fundraising operations. The Partnership Director plays a key role in advancing CFR’s mission by ensuring excellent donor care, effective communication, and faithful stewardship of resources.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Operational Management of Partnership Department
•Fundraising & Campaign Management
•Donor & Mission Partner Care
•Client Relationship Database Management
•Overall Organizational Support
oCollaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects.
oPerform other related duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
•Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor development, or partner recruitment.
•Proven leadership or team management background.
•Experience in grant writing and donor communications preferred.
•Experience in Christian ministry, nonprofit, or faith-based organization work strongly desired.
•Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
SKILLS AND COMPTENCIES
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and approachable personality.
•Exceptional writing ability for donor communications, appeals, and reporting.
•Proficiency in database systems
•Strong organizational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines under pressure.
•Proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Experience with design software (i.e. Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop) preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS
•Full-time exempt position, based in Bowling Green, KY.
•Flexible schedule required during pledge drives and fundraising campaigns.
•Some evening, weekend, and travel commitments for events, partner visits, and live remotes.
